Describes the Google Auth and SSO authentication
Quantum Metric offers two ways to log in:
- Google Authentication
- Your Corporate SSO
In either case, you should have also received an invite to log in to QM. (Please check Junk mail folder.) Your invite will be unique to your account. If you don't see it, please contact your QM representative for assistance.
Google Auth is the simplest way to authenticate into QM, and smaller organizations usually leverage this method.
IMPORTANT: The Google Auth mechanism will ask you to login with a Gmail account. You’re welcome to use your work G Suite or personal account, but you can also create a dummy/throwaway account to use in the short-term or to share within your team.
Your Corporate SSO
Most of our medium- to large-size organizations leverage their corporate SSO. Commonly used providers include Okta, Auth0, OneLogin, and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), but QM works with any SAML2 or OpenID provider.
Please see "Getting Started with SSO" for more details.
